Eat Local Week-Vegetarian Prix Fixe Menus

There are only two Prix Fixe Menus or the week that have vegetarian options on them--Cress in Deland and Infusion Tea in College Park. Three, if you count the lunch menu at Harmoni Market Bistro, both locations. A Prix Fixe menu is one that offers a set menu at a set price, often cheaper for the entire menu than for a la carte. Generally, it's like getting the dessert free.

The limited Prix Fixe vegetarian options doesn't mean that there aren't vegetarian dishes available at most of the restaurants. It's just that places like Dandelion (all vegetarian) and Virgin Olive Market (a number of vegetarian items) appear to not have a Prix Fixe menu at all.
