This is a simple cookbook for people who are afraid of the kitchen or for people who live on a tight budget and need to limit the ingredients in meals. I first started mixing my sweet and white potatoes based on recommendations from this book. It's also where I got the "burr under my saddle" to start baking instead of frying items, like french fries. It also offers opportunity for vegan or lacto-ovo substitutions.
